Pay in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. These will be automatically collected from the debit or credit card you entered in our checkout. The first instalment will be collected when your order is dispatched and instalments 2 and 3 are then scheduled for 30 and 60 days later.
As long as you’re 18 and over and pass the soft credit check, you should be eligible to pay with Klarna. Your credit rating will not be affected.
You’ll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or credit card. All communications will be sent to your email address – it’s really important you provide the correct details, otherwise you won’t receive your payment schedule and any order information.
When your order is cancelled or returned, WooWoo will instruct Klarna to cancel any future scheduled payments as well as any refund amounts due. Check out our return policy here.
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 purchase from the debit or credit card used at checkout. If they’re unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make one more attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. If this last payment attempt fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount, which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days ahead of attempting to collect your payment.

Yes! Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by WooWoo Waterless Toilets. All transactions take place via secured connections.
Currently, it’s not possible to pay off the full amount early. However, the service is interest-free so we believe this should never be an issue.
