The following terms do not apply to items that have been made to order, such as Kazuba and WooWoo Loo. Exceptions may also be made for ‘special order’ items that are imported or built specifically at your request and that are not normally held in stock by WooWoo Waterless Toilets.

Product Images, Descriptions and Prices

Photos, images and other representations are indicative only and are not necessarily of the actual product supplied. We endeavour to ensure our website is up to date, however, manufacturers can make revisions from time to time. You should, therefore, take reasonable steps to ensure the product is suitable for the purpose intended. All products are offered subject to availability. Prices do not include shipping/delivery charge unless specifically indicated. We reserve the right to withdraw a product (and your order) at any time for availability reasons or at the request of the manufacturer or government.

Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

We are not responsible for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as a wrong or incomplete address or postcode. If a parcel has to be re-delivered due to a customer providing incorrect information then any costs associated with the re-delivery must be met by the customer.

Refund/Cancellation of Order

For ‘consumers’, we abide by the UK Consumer Contract Regulations which means consumers have the right to cancel an order and return an item, provided it is unused (and in some cases unopened – see below for sanitary ware) and returned in the same condition it was sent out, by informing us within 14 days, commencing the day after delivery. The cost and safety of returning the item are due to the customer.

We will refund your payment within 30 days, although usually within 2 working days once we have received the goods back, and we have ascertained their condition as being suitable for resale. In the first instance, please contact us via email or letter if you wish to make a return.

If your purchase was made as a business (as opposed to a consumer), returns are subject to our discretion and will incur a restocking fee. Please contact us via email if you wish to make a return. We define a business to be where the billing address contains a business name or the billing address is not generally considered a residential building.

Due to the nature of some of the products we supply, such as sanitary ware, and for hygiene reasons, we regret that we may be unable to offer a refund (partial or otherwise) if the goods have been opened.

We reserve the right to choose not to accept an order for any reason, up to the point of dispatch. In such a case, payment will be refunded and the customer would be notified by email.

When an order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have given. This email confirmation indicates that we have received your order and payment, but does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We accept your order, and therefore the contract between us commences as your order is dispatched.

Warranty & Faulty Products

We warrant that all products supplied will be of satisfactory quality for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery (except for certain consumable products which are designed to have a shorter life). Certain products may have additional benefits and timeframes, provided by the manufacturer. For full details of warranties, please go to Warranty Information.

If you think you have received a faulty product, please contact us by email within 7 days. The cost of returning a product, where a fault or damage is discovered upon delivery, or within 14 days of delivery, is covered by us provided you have used a previously agreed method. After this time period, the cost of returning items is paid by the customer.

We shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of any defect arising from any fault of the customer, in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the Products (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration of the products without our approval.

We shall have no liability for loss of profit or for any indirect, special or consequential loss of damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the supply, non-supply or fault of the products (including any delay in supplying the products) or their use or resale by you. The entire liability arising out of any order for products from you will be limited to the total price of the products ordered by you.
