It’s really good. It fits well the color is nice and it’s well insulated and always warm. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s sort of easy to damage when cleaning. WooWoo are very helpful and nice.

Warm comfy seat, but very fragile. Not recommended if you have boisterous kids. We’re on our 3rd seat within 12 months. So can prove expensive.

Thanks for taking the time to review the Privy 500. It’s ideal for use when the weather is cold – being made from high-density polystyrene means it’s super warm when you sit on it, but the downside is that not as durable as a hard plastic. Replacements are available, but you could also consider fitting a regular toilet seat, or upgrading to the Privy 501 which has a hard plastic ‘standard’ seat and lid.

Purchased as a replacement for an identical part. The compost loo we installed into our small motorhome works brilliantly. No smells and no nasty chemicals. This seat is warm and comfy in use but being made of polystyrene it is not all that strong and we had damaged the original by dropping things onto it! Decided to buy a spare just in case the original breaks altogether.
