Lukkutangi Seal Watching, Iceland

Kazuba KL2 at Lukkutangi Seal Watching, Iceland. Supplied by WooWoo Waterless Toilets, UK.

There’s quite a QUEUE forming at Ytri Tunga beach. One of the best seal-watching spots in Iceland.

Here, people are encouraged to experience the seals from a distance – they can be impacted by too much human activity. Now, thanks to WooWoo Waterless Toilets and the Kazuba KL2, people can spend longer on site with access to a hygienic and effective toilet.

The manager, Thorgrimur, at Lukkutangi Seal Watching tells us that he’d “seen the Kazuba KL2 at Borgarnes Golf club Iceland, and after he had checked the technology, he was convinced it was right for them”.

Remote sites like these are an impossible place to plumb in. Let alone, run electricity and heavy infrastructure. But, the Kazuba zero-discharge waterless toilet drops straight into the ground and with its 500 litre tank, it can support hundreds of visitors a day – with regular pump-outs.
